Cut by Hand
Every pattern piece is cut individually — no stacks, no shortcuts. A rotary cutter, a steel rule, and someone paying attention.
Triple-Stitched
Three parallel rows of lockstitch on every seam. The centre row takes the load; the outer two are structural insurance.
Solid Brass Hardware
D-rings, rivets, and adjusters are solid brass — not plated. They'll tarnish beautifully and never snap under a full station towel.
Hand-Stamped Labels
Care labels are stamped in-studio with archival ink. The batch number on the back ties to the fabric roll in our cutting log.
